Registration and Class Policies
How to Register: To register for a class, simply click on the class of your choice and complete your pre-payment using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card. Once your payment is processed, your spot in the class will be secured.
Important Class Start Time: Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please note that students arriving more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule for another day.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Refunds: You can receive a full refund if you cancel up to 48 hours before the class starts. Refunds are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

No Refunds: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund. If you cannot attend, you will need to re-register and pay for another class.
Rescheduling Policy:

Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to one week prior to the start date without any additional charges.

Rescheduling Fee: A $25 rescheduling fee will be applied if you reschedule between one week and 48 hours before the class.

No Rescheduling: Changes cannot be made within 48 hours of the class start time. If you are unable to attend, you must register and pay for a new class.
ACLS and PALS Renewal Classes:

ACLS Renewal: ACLS Renewal classes marked with a (*) have an optional BLS evening renewal held immediately after for an additional $119.

Class Start Time: All ACLS and PALS classes begin at 10:00 AM.

Pre-Course Self-Assessment: The Pre-Course Self-Assessment on the AHA website is required for both ACLS Renewal and PALS Renewal classes. The results can be either brought to class or emailed to

Classroom Attire: For the cleanliness and safety of all students, scrubs are not allowed in the classroom. Students wearing scrubs will be asked to reschedule or change into appropriate attire.
